Spray primer. In order to improve the bonding strength between the coating and the steel beam base, a small amount of water-based glue is added to the bottom mud, generally 0.4kg / m2 or according to the product specifications, the thickness of the spray is about 5mm. The surface of the coating has obvious papillae and pits, and should be smoothed with a spatula.
Spray test and make samples before spraying. Parameters such as optimal spraying pressure, spraying distance, and spray gun moving speed were determined through experimental spraying, and after large-scale spraying was compared with the standard sample, large-area spraying was possible.
When spraying Xinjiang steel structure fireproof coating, the spray gun should be perpendicular to the surface of the sprayed steel component, the spray distance should be 6 or 10mm, and the spray gun should be maintained at 0.4 or 0.6MP. The running speed of the spray gun should be stable and cannot be kept in the same position for a long time to avoid the accumulation and flow of paint. During spraying, the dosing and feeding of the sprayer should be carried out continuously without stopping.
After the surface is dry (primer 24 hours after the primer is applied), spray the surface coating with a coating thickness of 10mm. For obvious irregularities, smooth the blade before application to ensure a uniform and smooth coating surface.
