Xinjiang fireproof coating construction method
1. Spraying: A method of using compressed air and spray gun to atomize the coating, which is characterized by uniform coating and high efficiency. The disadvantage is that the coating is depleted, which is suitable for large-area operations. It is generally used for ultra-thin steel structure fireproof coatings and thick steel structure fireproof coatings;
2. Brush coating: Most fire-resistant coatings can be used. The advantage is to increase the adhesion to metal surfaces. The disadvantages are low efficiency, high labor intensity, and brush marks.
3. Roller coating: the middle of the roller is hollow, the shape is a cylinder, the surface should be covered with long hair made of synthetic fibers, and a stick is convenient for long-distance application. Roller coating is also laborious and inefficient for a long time.
4. Scraping: After conventional application, use glass scraper, hard rubber sheet and other manual scraping tools to scrape off excess fireproof coating on the substrate or in the gap. It is mainly used for scraping various thick fire-resistant coatings.
